Presentations are tough. It's a crisis wrapped in hysteria and coiled around near disaster at every turn. Usually two to three weeks of frenzy. We all know and recognize the massive and impressive creative thinking we do...We all love the amazing energy and passion of our producers...We all believe in the persuasive powers of our account directors ... But too often we forget that the success of all of that rests upon the strong and capable shoulders of our tireless behind the scenes soldiers — our Associate Producers/Coordinators. Quite simply, if we don't have a great Associate Producer/Coordinator, we don't make it to the other end with a great idea, wonderful plan of execution or a persuasive way to sell them ... If we don't have a great Associate Producer/Coordinator, it's like flat soda or freezer burned ice cream.  In the case of Josephine Ventura, we have a great Associate Producer/Coordinator. Fast. Smart. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Always thinking a step AHEAD of the team, not just in response to needs.  I really, really appreciate and love her work!
